March 03, 2005watching too much news* I'll be happy to see Martha Stewart get out of jail. I never thought she belonged there in the first place. * Michael Jackson is one fucked-up individual, but I believe that the people going after his ass for child molestation are more fucked-up than he is. * Robert Byrd is a disgrace to this country. He makes Ted Kennedy appear intelligent, and if someone combined BOTH of their brains and put it in a hummingbird, the bird would still fly backward. * Is Joe Leiberman a complete political whore or a man with some strong ideals? I don't know. * Sean Hannity is a bully and Alan Colmbs is a wimp. They make a good team because I don't like either one of them. * I'd like to challenge Bill O'Reilly to a gunfight. I wanna see how tough he really is. Personally, I think he's a pussy at heart. * I could name a dozen newsbabes that I'd like to hump into complete senselessness. Some of those chicks are damn good looking, with or without their "war paint." Not as pretty as my blog-love, but close. * I would LOVE to be interviewed on one of those talk shows if the "moderator" didn't spend the entire time stepping on my comments. Sean and Bill are very bad about that. If the show is all about YOU speaking, why bother with guests anyway? * What we have done in the Middle East is beginning to show serious results. The entire region is changing for the better. I believe that anti-war Democrats have shit in their pants on this issue, and I don't see how they can recover. * I grieve for all 1,500 Americans killed in the war so far and for their comrades who were badly wounded. But we're winning, and victory isn't cheap. Either we have the balls to finish this job or we don't. I think we do. Okay, I'm done now.

Martha probably didn't belong in jail, but her arrogance definitely put her there. She could have easily paid a fine, said she was sorry, and the whole business would have been behind her...but like many in her position, she felt she was too good and too mighty to answer to the man...and she got burned. I might even scratch the word 'political'. Lieberman seems to me to be principled. He was the candidate most likely to succeed in the last election but the Dems were too dumb to support him. Yeah, O'Reilly is a bully in love with the sound of his own voice. He does a service though, with some of the issues he brings to the fore. Yeah, newbabes. It's a shame that so many of them are empty headed show horses. That's not to say that too many of the males aren't empty headed too. They are. Listen to Shep Smith stumble his way through his show for some laughs. It does look like some are coming around on Iraq. I understand that some of Chappaquidic Ted's frothings have been taken down from his site. A sure sign of success. They did not attack us, and however "bad" Saddam was, we did not have ONE reason to attack Iraq or remove a foreign leader. From whence did we get such a foreign notion? That is something a Napolean would do (French, I might add). Simply decide you know best, invade, and take over. Correct me if I am wrong, but the American Revolution was fought to prevent precisely what America did to Iraq. Period. Only those who reject the American Constitution can say otherwise. Admit it, or torch my opinion, but neither will change the truth. My bet is on the torch . . . so easy to predict.. Self examination is a bitch, but once done, one's vision really does find clarity.
