June 12, 2006this is good newsI hope southeast Jawja gets some rain out of this. We damn sure could use it. I've been watering my garden a lot lately and I've started to notice the same thing I ALWAYS get when we have a lot of dry weather. The water coming out of my taps smells like sulphur. Yeah, like nasty egg-poots. I have to go back 10 years to remember another spring as dry as this one has been. That storm may be a blessing. It won't blow the roof offa my house, but it MIGHT give the ground a good soaking of rainfall. I hope so. It's dry as a popcorn fart around here. Comments
We've had the opposite - we always end up with spring rain, but this spring has been CRAZY with the rain..
